One part of the government may use violence or the threat of violence to take over the whole government. And police or military forces and/or right wing groups could use mass organized violence to round up and murder or put in jail large groups of people based on race or other identities.
There’s evidence that shows that things have been moving in that direction for many years now.
However likely or unlikely the possibility is, we’ve created a guide with basic ways your community can prepare to reduce harm and save lives should the unthinkable happen.
This practical guide is useful anytime. If communities organize to enact even just some of the options in the guide, it will help them support each other through many other types of crises, like storms, blackouts, earthquakes, etc.
